Foul Moudammas
These beans take naturally to lemon, garlic and olive oil. Bring the contents of the can to a boil then remove from heat. Add one or two cloves of garlic crushed with a little salt, and the juice of one or two fresh lemons. Allow the flavors blend for about half an hour, then serve warm in small bowls with a few tablespoons of olive oil on top. Chopped onions and parsley make a good garnish. Usually Foul is dipped from the bowl with Arabic bread, so order some fresh from our Bakery now. Delicious !
