Upon acceptance by Al doukan, orders for in-stock items will be shipped the next business day following the processing of the order. Orders will be shipped via DHL. A flat rate shipping charge applies to all orders. For orders shipped please allow two (2) to three (3) business days for delivery. Please note, a signature is required on all deliveries.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of this product, you may write within thirty (30) days to Al Doukan and obtain a full refund of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our direct sales department at 961-1-888664 24/24 hor by email. Al doukan Sales Associates will assist you in best possible way. If the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card. If returning an order paid by debit card, please be aware that it will still take several days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.

After you have been authorized the return, you must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original box. Your return authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return, with an explanation as to why the product is being returned. Upon receipt of the returned Product Al doukan, a refund will be made to you for the original purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective merchandise is returned within the first 30 days of purchase. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the shipping expense to return the product.

Two major credit cards are accepted: MasterCard and Visa. You may also use debit cards sponsored by MasterCard and Visa. All Cards issued by banking institution will not be accepted. For your protection, we always verify that your information is correct. Therefore, we cannot accept credit cards from banks that do not allow address verification over the Internet.
